The Red River steamer Dakota at the Fort Dufferin landing around 1872-1874. The 1873 Mennonite delegates travelled on this boat on the return trip from Winnipeg to Moorhead. That this boat (like the International) carried immigrants is highly probable. West Reserve immigrants disembarked at this landing.  (Vintage Southern Manitoba)
